At AVBS we have always ensured our customers and staff are our number one priority and as the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve we want to share with you our proactive measures that we have implemented in the clinic to minimise the risk of potential transmission.
Our Consulting, Home Visit and Education services are still operating as usual, however we are taking some measures that enables our team to continue providing support. With health and hygiene of the highest focus, we have decided to temporarily place a hold on ‘face to face’ appointments until further notice.
The good news is that we will continue to utilise our video conferencing and telephone capabilities so that we can continue providing our support services to you. Our Veterinarians and Behavioural Trainers are very experienced with making remote assessments and have been doing such since the inception of the AVBS business.
The decision to temporarily change the delivery of our service support has been made by the AVBS team in the best interest of the community.
